I ordered dumpling world to go yesterday. I ordered the spicy sour broth and pork dumplings. It was phenomenal! The dumplings were packed perfectly with meat, and were just the right texture. The sauce was from another world amazing!! I got the Ube bubble tea, Although sweet, it did not disappoint. I will definitely be going back. There is no other spot in Austin like this place

5 stars for sure. Everything we ordered tasted great and came out fresh and flavorful. This place is one of those reliable spots that stays consistent every time — when you’re craving dumplings, you know exactly what you’re getting. The fried soup dumplings were incredible: crispy on the outside, packed with flavor, and easily the highlight of the meal. Service was quick, the food came out hot, and overall it was just a really solid experience. Definitely a spot we’ll keep coming back to.

Our second time here. These dumplings are truly the best! We had a lil bit of everything. We also had their green beans and fried potstickers. The soup dumplings were very tasty. The egg rolls were larger sized than I expected. Very good as well! Last month we tried another dumpling place in South Austin, but not as good as Dumpling World!

These were average tasting dumplings to us because we eat them frequently. Nothing special. The combination low mein was very greasy and tasted mostly of soy sauce with really no effort into the recipe.

​I had a fantastic experience at Dumpling World on North Lamar! The food was well-cooked, and the service was both prompt and warm, which made for a great atmosphere. Despite the restaurant being lively and full of people, we were seated immediately with no wait. ​The Food: ​Spicy Tofu Dumpling: This was the absolute star of the show. It was incredibly juicy, tender, and the flavor profile was outstanding. Even if you aren't typically a tofu fan, this is a must-try! ​Chicken & Corn Dumpling: These were very good and fresh, though we personally preferred the punchy flavor of the Spicy Tofu ones. ​Chicken Fried Chowmein: A total comfort dish. It wasn't dry at all—it was juicy, savory, and exactly what you want from a fried noodle dish. ​Pro Tip: Don't skip their chilli oil; it adds a perfect kick to everything on the table. ​Overall, the combination of great ambience and high-quality food makes this a spot I’ll definitely be returning to. Highly recommended!
